stars “very good instructions”

Just got the
DVD today and flicked through it. I can agree with the previous review and say
it's a very good buy for beginners but even intermediates will get something
out of it as it shows some nice variations of the simpler moves and explains
the complex ones very well.
All in all
very good. The only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is that it
has less on the intermediate than the beginner stuff.

I have quite
a few of these Pole Instructional DVD's and this is by far the best. Don't
waste your time with the others, this is the one to own. All you need to
remember then, is it's all about practise, practise, practise!

Outstanding
instruction, explanation and demonstration. Moves shown in slow motion too so
really easy to see. The pace of the DVD is very good too, and it is broken into
sections that build on each other. The warm up is simple enough for even a
beginner to dance, and yet covers all the muscle groups and joints, and you can
just follow the instruction on it. This DVD should keep any beginner
entertained for weeks and months!

As a
beginner, I was really looking forward to getting this DVD, having seen a
sample on another website. I'd bought some books and had a couple of other DVDs,
but I felt slightly overwhelmed by all the information I was getting, and
didn't really know where to start.
However, the
fact that this DVD has sections to complete in a clear and chronological order
makes it stand out from the rest. And the warm-up/cool down sections make you
feel as though you've done a proper workout, without being too lengthy... then
it's up to you to work through each move in your own time. On top of that, it
also incorporates a couple of variations to some of the moves, allowing you to
learn possible transitions/enhance the moves that you've learnt.
Fantastic DVD!
would definitely recommend, and can't wait for the next one!

Believe me
over the last year or so I have possibly used every pole dancing DVD I have
been able to find. This IS the BEST one I have ever seen or used. It is
FANTASTIC. Well recommended for every level, although those who are very
advanced may find this a little too easy. It is definitely great for practicing
those moves that make a performance SMOOTH. Great narration, great examples,
great inspiration. BUY THIS FOR GREAT POLE MOVES, you will not be disappointed!!
