Imagine walking into a room wearing this striking neckpiece hand crafted crafted by Tagliamonte in 14K Yellow Gold. It features a royal blue hexagonal Venetian intaglio with the images of a Centaur standing with Cupid carved in it. The Centaur is a mythological Chimera that often appeared in Greek mythology, symbolizing man's wild and untamable side. The intaglio is set in a heavy 14K bezel which has 3 rosette stations with a Ruby in each center and an extremely bold and curved enhancer bail reminiscent of the workmanship of the Etruscan gold smiths. Take a close look at the picture showing how this bail opens up. It is beautiful and extremely labor intensive.  It has been paired with a navy blue cord that has 14K gold finding that enrich the look. Lobster claw closure.
