This Alcatel One Touch A382G is FOR PARTS. Device does not fully power on - when plugged in, the white LED up front turns on, but nothing else happens. The flashlight slider can turn the flashlight on, but otherwise, the phone gives no response to inputs. Behavior persists even when phone is left to charge.
Screen is heavily scuffed and there is some dirt on the back cover inside the edges. Buttons feel fine and are not significantly worn.
Phone has the original battery installed.
