This is a Stunning and Desirable piece of Vintage 1960's British Gold Jewellery. Made in 9ct Yellow Gold it a Charm in the design of a Bible with a Cross to the Front and a Wave Pattern to the edges on both the Front and Back. The Book Opens to reveal a Fold Out Paper Copy of the Lord's Prayer with the Title " The Book Of Common Prayer " and the Charm could be soldered onto a Charm Bracelet by using a Jump Ring. It is Fully Hallmarked as photographed on the back with G & H for the Maker's Mark, 9 and .375 for the Gold Purity, the Date Letter n for 1968, the Leopard's Head Mark for London Assay Office and it has been electronically tested at a precious metal refinery to confirm the Gold Content. It weighs 2.2g and measures 16.5mm long including the Bail x 15mm wide x 4.5mm deep. The Charm is in a used and good condition for its age with no damage but with a fair amount of minor surface wear while it fastens well.
