Obverse: Snow lion facing left with sun above and scroll ornaments around, all surrounded four identical Buddhist auspicious symbols (an endless knot) and Tibetan characters.

Translation: Government house in Lhasa, Attributes karma and complete victory in all directions


Reverse: Tibetan characters with cloud above and triratna (triple gem) below, all surrounded by flowers and Tibetan characters.
