Nathan Glantz led his own orchestra from 1921 to 1931.
His orchestra included several noted jazz sidemen.
These included:
Trumpet and Cornet:  Red Nichols, Hymie Farberman, Earl Oliver, Jack Stillman & Irving Peskin
Trombonists:  Eph Hannaford & Sam Lewis
Saxophonists & Clarinet players: Nathan Glantz, Joseph Samuels and Larry Abbott
Pianists: Larry Briers & Bill Perry
Banjoists: John Cali & Harry Reser
Drummers and Xylophone:
George Hamilton Green & Joe Green.

Glantz's band recorded both under his name and several pseudonyms for a huge variety of labels such as
Edison, Banner, Columbia, Harmony, Diva & Pathé Actuelle.
Glantz died in Brooklyn, New York on August 6 of 1937.
