Hardcover by Porter & Coates of Philadelphia, an Alta Edition, 364 pages plus a few pages of other books by the publisher.  Based on some of those other book titles I estimate this copy is from about 1885.

There is only one illustration, see photos.  Fading and wear, but not too bad for such an old book.
