Instructions:

Step 1:

Wash the Acusnore Nose Vent with soap and lukewarm water. Make sure there is no soap residue left because soap residue can cause irritation in the mucous membranes.

 Step 2:

Test which size fits best into your nostrils. Make sure that when you put the vents inside the nostrils they fit snugly. Place each vent in one nostril and place them in the most comfortable position.

Step 3:

If one or both of the vents from the Acusnore Nose Vents feels too long, you can adjust them yourself. You can cut off the rings with scissors. The rings should be shortened one by one, this ensures that you won't cut them off too short.
