Intel Core i9-13900T ES Q0PV
- 24 Cores (8P+16E), 32 Threads
- TDP 35W (see note on actual power below)
- LGA 1700
- w/ integrated graphics: UHD 770
Tested working greatly. All PCIe lanes and memory channels function well.
============ power and performance data for reference ============
My test results of a Q0PV (not necessarily the same one pictured), for reference:
(YMMV)
- CPU-Z benchmark: 756/13451
- Cinebench R23: 28,543 points
- Cinebench R20: 11,663 points
This is in an ITX build, with a H610 motherboard, ID_COOLING IS-55 cooler, and the following applied using ThrottleStop: PL1=140W, PL2=130W, Core & Cache voltage -85mV
Due to the airflow limits of the ITX case and the relatively weak cooler (it's a 57mm low-profile cooler for compact ITX builds), occasional thermal throttling was present. The performance will be slightly higher in a better cooled system.
With a beefier cooler, it is possible to deliver i9-tier multi-core performance with a near-silent build.
============ a note on memory compatibility =====================
It seems that with Q0PV, DDR4/DDR5 frequency is capped at DDR4-3200/DDR5-4800, respectively.
I have had success running multiple Q0PV CPUs with different motherboards and they all worked well with either DDR4-3200 or DDR5-4800. DDR5 set to anything higher than 4800 resulted in non-booting. I haven't tried DDR4 above 3200MHz but presumably it won't work either.
