#7229. Extremely Rare 18ct Gold Georgian Lapis Lazuli Signet Ring.

 Under magnification there are several minor scratches and a micro chip. Not visible with the naked eye. Very deep blue and the gold specs in the lapis are very small, but just visible. The sign of the best quality Lapis Lazuli.

Weight 7.7 grams. Not hallmarked, but fully tested for Solid 18ct Gold. 

Most rings of this period did not have hallmarks. 

 Stone measures 18mm x 14mm. Remarkable condition for it's age.
