PAYMENT:

I specifically use Ebay’s “Managed Payments Program”, as it is to simplify the shopping experience for both the buyer and the seller. For buyers, there are more ways to pay now, using their personal preferred payment method — be it credit, debit or gift cards, PayPal or PayPal Credit, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

1. US ADDRESSES WITHIN THE LOWER 48 STATES ONLY!  Please…contact me prior to bidding to receive a quote on Alaska, Hawaii or UPO costs.

2. USPS Flat Rate or calculated as offered, UPS/Ground Flat Rate or calculated as offered, FedEx Ground/Home Delivery Flat Rate or calculated as offered. Contact me regarding any combined shipping and I will be more than pleased to rate. All handling charges are already included in the shipping price indicated in the auction, unless otherwise specified.

3. From payment date, expect shipping within 2-3 business days, not including weekends. This is to allow for the timely transfer of funds from Ebay into my business bank account and subsequent clearing of same.

4. We all are in a new Covid health environment and shipping has been known to be delayed and understand that I will not be responsible for the shippers delay or mishandling of items

WARRANTY:

1. All used merchandise is sold: Used, as-is, where-is and is not warranted in any manner whatsoever, unless specified within the auction description and no returns are accepted, "except", in the case where I have obviously misrepresented the item or made a mistake and shipped you the wrong item, which has never happened, but mistakes can happen.

2. The majority of my items are tested as best as possible and as described. Items marked “as-found” or otherwise “for parts or repair” typically have had marginal testing, if any testing at all and may have missing components, as I don't inspect those items thoroughly, as it is just not economically worth it. Please, ask questions and bid accordingly.

LIABILITY:

I will not be held liable, nor my estate or any future heirs, for any accident(s) resulting from an electrical malfunction or an item not UL Approved or has previously had any safety mechanism bypassed, either at time of winning bidder purchase or at any future time. Many items sold are vintage or used and may not comply with current safety standards or have been modified by the previous owner and by bidding and subsequently winning the auction, the winning bidder accepts the item in its current condition and waives his/her right to future litigation.

INSURANCE/DAMAGE/LOSS CLAIMS/RETURNS:

1. All auction items shipped have mandatory insurance included (often referred to as “declared value” by shippers), based on the final auction value, no exceptions. The condition of my merchandise and packaged contents are documented by several methods, for both insurance and anti-fraud purposes.

2. I must be informed, within 24 hours of receipt of your package, of any damage. All damage claims must be filed promptly and all packaging retained. If you have not received your package in a reasonable time, based on the shipping method and you suspect that it is lost, please inform me promptly, so I can provide assistance in tracking it. Timely communication is essential for any damage or loss claim to be successful.

3. As indicated, I generally do not accept returns. If I have specified a return policy in this auction for a specific item or have shipped you the wrong item, the buyer agrees the return must be approved in advance. A return shipping method and ship date that is mutually acceptable must be settled before shipment. Any items sent back to me without prior approval will be refused and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

BUYER AGREEMENT:

1. The buyer agrees to the Auction Terms on this page by:  bidding on this auction, subsequently winning the auction,  executing the Buy It Now feature, or submitting a Best Offer, as the case may be. Once the auction has closed the purchase of the items listed in this auction is binding and final.

2. As indicated in your Ebay user agreement, the buyer is obligated to pay for purchases, including shipping and handling charges in full, and in a timely manner as is also indicated in these Auction Terms.

3. Buyer understands that their bid may be cancelled or revoked at my discretion, if these Auction Terms are violated, or asked to be violated. I reserve the right to cancel or disregard bids at anytime from anyone with excessive negative or derogatory feedback, without prior notice, also at my discretion.

4. I reserve the right to cancel bids from bidders with excessive bid retractions.

FEEDBACK:

I take all of my auctions and payments received, along with customer satisfaction, very seriously and I strive to make every auction simple, fun and painless to the successful bidder. Since eBay has recently changed their feedback policy, especially the Seller feedback placed by the Buyer, it has now become even more important, to facilitate a highly positive environment for both the Buyer and the Seller, as I have always felt this to be necessary, so I now will ONLY leave reciprocating, positive feedback for the Buyer, upon my successful receipt of positive feedback, left for me by the satisfied, winning Buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS!
