Lovely small vintage decanter with original stopper. Decorated with a nice swirl design.

In great condition with no chips or cracks. 

Could be used as a single wine or water decanter, or flavoured olive oil or bathroom scents etc.

I don't know the maker. I has a D in a circle on the base. The stopper is a very similar shape to the Italian Mod Dep bottles and so am assuming it is Italian.
