Please note that the products that are custom made ( CQ COUTURE and GIOHEL ) are done with the premium-grade material and all the products are carefully checked before shipping, so it is very rare the products have any defect.

These 2 brands are custom made and create it especially for you, We can accept returns only in cases of products bearing manufacturing defect and we create a new one for you.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 55, Paragraph 2, Letter C of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal, Cancellation or Inscription such as monograms and so on and the Return is excluded in the case of orders for customized products as for example the choose of the leathers in the product.Please take care that the images shown on the website might be different to reality in final color due to the color apply on your device.

On case of return goods will only be accepted if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The Item is under your responsibility until it reaches us.
