Vintage 80's party dress. Knee length drop waist with cap sleeves and mock neck. Textured knit bodice leads to a striped full skirt and bow accent. Skirt is lined with net for fullness. Light shoulder pads. Back zipper closure. Pre-owned vintage with minimal signs of wear. There is red color transfer on the skirt under where the bow sits and a few faint stains.
