Xtreme.Online accepts returns under the following two claes:


1.Defective and damaged products

If a ctomer’s complaint relates to a defective or damaged product, Xtreme.Online shall offer the following options:

a refund in full for the product (including any amounts paid for shipping); or

a repair of the product if the product can be easily repaired and the problem is minor; or

a like-for-like replacement of the product if the product can be easily replaced, in accordance with the ctomer’s rights under the Atralian Consumer Law.


2.Terms and Conditions for defective and damaged products’ return requests:

Final refund amount shall be subject to inspection upon product’s return to the warehoe.

For items not found faulty upon inspection, the refund amount shall be subject to the product’s condition, and shall be issued after deducting postage charges.

For items not found faulty upon inspection, Xtreme.Online reserves the right not to accept the return request. If return is accepted, the refund amount shall be subject to the product’s condition upon inspection. A restocking fee of up to 50% of the final sale value may apply in this case.

If the product is not found faulty upon inspection, Xtreme.Online reserves the right to return the product to the ctomer at the ctomer’s cost.


3.Change of mind returns

Xtreme.Online accepts change of mind returns when products to be returned are:

returned within 30 days of the ctomer’s order being received;

All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal mt be returned with the returned items. Packaging mt be unopened and seals intact (where applicable).

Items mt be in new and unworn condition.

Any items that, becae of ctomer negligence, mise or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.

Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.


4.Terms and Conditions for change of mind return requests are:

The ctomer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage.

The goods will only be refunded once the goods are confirmed as received, and you mt notify of this once they are received and verified to meet the return requirements above. The initial shipping fee charged to the ctomer to send the goods will not be refunded or credited.

Where a ctomer returns goods as a change of mind return, and the goods do not meet the criteria set out in this clae, the goods mt be sent back to the ctomer at the ctomer’s cost. If the ctomer does not agree to pay for the goods to be sent back, a restocking fee of up to 50% of the final sale value may apply.
