This is an impressive freight car- a vintage SUNX 3-Dome Tank Car #20467.

The car is SCALE-O with knuckle couplers.

The car has is heavy, all metal with wire railings and a detailed underside. The tank is solid. The decals are coming off from age but the car itself is nice. Even the tank straps are metal and are soldered to the body.
