This brand new hand made dollhouse miniature is a unique creation with such an authentic look that captures the essence of a weathered and distressed general store.

Made by two artisans, my mom who has been building doll houses for close to 30 years and myself, this meticulously handcrafted one-of-a-kind piece uses high-quality wood material with a 1:12 scale.

The dollhouse is unfurnished, making it the perfect blank canvas for your imagination.

The dollhouse is stained a weathered gray color with paint wash, and the distressed wood adds to its rustic charm. The wood was given a gold old fashion whoopin using a bike chain, various blunt metal tools, and nail holes were punched in for further wear.

The dutch door and windows have been finished with a weathered gray stain.

Floors are a custom veneer finished with a dark Carrington stain, and wall panels are stained with a lighter oak/chestnut tone for contrast.

All interior wood has been finished with two coats of oil-based polyurethane.

Durable printed cardstock roof adds to the design's depth.

The two-story dollhouse stands at 14 inches in length, 13.25 inches in height, and 11 inches in width. It features a total of two rooms, including a main floor, and attic.

This original Greenleaf dollhouse is a major space saver, incredibly lightweight, made in the United States, and is a great addition to any dollhouse miniature collection.
