ITEM CONDITIONS AND WHAT BUYER'S CAN EXPECT

We do our best to accurately represent the condition of the item we list for sale. We also list the condition of the item in accordance with the eBay's definitions and guidelines:

1. New: Straightforward and basically means just that - new. The item is factory sealed and never opened, let alone used.

2. Open-box: The item is in excellent, new condition with no wear. In our case, most of the open-box items will come repackaged because the retail box is not available or just a plain white box. Accessories will always be included but manual or warranty booklets may be missing. This will be made clear on our listing. 

*Special notes on storage devices - even when listed as open-box, we may briefly run a test and record the diagnostic report on a drive to ensure that it is fully functional and that there are no host read/write. This test only lasts for five minutes tops. So, when you purchase our open-box storage device and run a program, like CrystalDisk info, you may see a "power on" count of two or three. Please note that for Samsung products, even the brand new units at times show a count greater than two.

3. Used: The extent of the usage will be detailed on our listing. But if you wish to obtain a thorough diagnostic report, please contact us. For security reasons, we black out all serial numbers on our listing, but once the buyer pays, the records that we may have provided prior to and after payment will ALWAYS match.

As of this writing, I only ship within 48 continental states in the United States. This means:

• No International Shipping: I apologize in advance, but I simply cannot cater to any international buyers.

Return Policy

We accept all returns, however, depending on the condition of the returned item, we may deduct a portion of the final refund amount in accordance with the eBay Buyer Money Back Guarantee. Please refer to the "Misuse of returns or the eBay Money Back Guarantee" section of the policy. We will even cover the return cost if you changed your mind, but this is only true when you return the item exactly in the same condition that you received it in. For example. if the listing was listed as a new item, you have to return the item unopened and new (in a condition that we can relist the item back on eBay as New without violating any policies). Otherwise, we will withhold a portion of the final refund amount and that amount is contingent on the final condition it was returned in. And although you may receive a potion of the refund from us, you may be able to retrieve the withheld portion from eBay. Consult with eBay on how to do so. 

Please note that returning a new item in a used or damaged condition (including the factory seal or other noticeable blemishes) is considered a misuse of return and Money Back Guarantee, even if you made an honest mistake of opening or using an item only to realize afterwards that the item does not suit your needs. For example, you purchase a new NVMe drive or an electronic device, which you open the factory packaging, install the device, then you realize it is not working as you should. You do some research only to realize at that moment that your purchased item is incompatible. This scenario is considered a misuse, so please do your research on the item you are investing in. You can also ask questions when in doubt PRIOR to making a purchase. 

Although this has not occurred during our life of business here on eBay, in an off chance that we made a mistake of sending you an item that is "Not as described," we will do everything we can to make sure you get your money's worth. Also, if the item, for some reason, got delivered to you damaged, please let us know first because that can easily be solve without the time-consuming resolution process; all packages over $300 are fully insured to their value and in those isolated instances, we were able to recover and fully refund or provide the same replacement in record time without fail.
