I recently purchased a pre-owned bike with XTR Di2 rear derailleur installed.  The shifting is just going to be too challenging for me to get used to. It shifts great, accurate and quick (I have a short video I could not post) but I have two other mountain bikes that use mechanical system with the trigger shifting in a different configuration.

I rode the Di2 two times to try it out and I just don't think it's for me.  Everything has been uninstalled (former professional bike mechanic) the XTR di2 rear derailleur, the battery, battery holder, all the wiring, the control center display, and the shifter.  The shift lever is the only item of the 8000 series so it's an XT shift lever. I also have a new charger for the battery. Sold as a package deal only.  I do have a video of it working before I took it off the bike.
