Returns Policy
At BN Europe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept any stock items for exchange or refund within a 14-day period from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and still in its original packaging.
