SHIPPING & HANDLING

Your Address - Please be sure that your correct address is on file with eBay, as we can only ship to the address provided to us by eBay. 

If you want your item shipped to a different address, please make that change with eBay before or at the time of purchase.

Please note that sending to a different address might cause a change in the shipping cost. The correct shipping cost will be displayed by eBay on your order after you have made the address change.

Handling Time - Our handling time is set to “same business day, if paid by 9:00am Central Time.”

If you pay after 9:00am, we still might be able to ship it same day, but usually it will be the next business day.

We ship packages once per day, Monday-Friday, with the exception of holidays. 

Calculated Shipping - The shipping costs displayed to you on the listing page are calculated by eBay according to the weight & package size we provide in our listings, and the destination zip code you provide with your account. If you are not logged on to your account when viewing listings, you might not see the correct shipping cost.

We usually have more than one shipping option available on each item, so be sure to check the “Shipping and Payments” tab to see what option works best for you.

Combined Invoices - We will combine shipping on items shipped to a USA address if your purchases can be safely packed together.

If shipping to an international address, eBay has told us we cannot combine shipping because of customs paperwork requirements. If you are not in the US, and are interesting in buying more than one of our items, contact us, and we might be able to set up a custom combined listing through eBay that could be shipped as one order, especially if the items are similar to each other (i.e., more than 1 book, more than 1 glass item, etc)

If combining your items ends up being more expensive than shipping separately (because of weight and/or oversize package) then we will, of course, ship separately.

Please note that on items that qualify for Media Mail (books, videos, CDs, etc), there is often less than a $1 difference between the combined shipping and the individual shipping charges because Media Mail rates are so inexpensive. However, if any part of the order does not qualify for Media Mail, then we can’t use Media Mail. In those cases, it is often less expensive to ship the Media Mail item separately, especially if it is heavy.

Your combined shipping charge is usually not calculated correctly by eBay at time of purchase.

If you pay at time of purchase, we will refund any overcharge to you through eBay after we have packaged and weighed your box.

If you request an invoice instead of paying at time of purchase, we will send you an invoice with your adjusted shipping cost.

Payment - We use eBay’s “Managed Payments” system, which means you will be paying eBay directly, not us. This gives you the advantage of being able to use the wide range of payment options offered by eBay.
