Warranty

This bed comes complete with a 1 year warranty. If you are not happy with the item you can return the product unused for a full refund within 30 days, on your cost. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via ebay giving full details of any problem along with your user ID and purchase date.

Age and Weight Limit

Suitable for age 18 months - 7 years (subject to size of a child).

Frame and the whole bed with no problem can withstand the load of 150 kg. 

Shipping

All goods are sent either via DPD, UPS, other courier services. •We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the courier services. Parcels can be sent to EU countries and all UK postcodes. If you are sending a parcel to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Man, Chanel Islands, Canary etc then extra charges may apply as our courier class them as “extended areas.

Payment

Payment must be received within 4 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions. •If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged• Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase
