These have been charged then bench tested by our engineers and all ran OVER five minutes on max setting without a floor tool attached. A new one might run for six or seven minutes at best. So there's plenty of life in these. But of course, real world usage and times can vary. 

It will come flat (as it was run flat to test) so no "doesnt work" messages please - just charge it fully before use.
