Payment:

All payments are requested to be made as soon as possible via PayPal, and within 5 working days of winning an auction or buying now, any non-payers after 5 days will be reported to ebay (unless they have contacted me first). Items are only dispatched once payment has been received in full and can take 3-5 working days. (I only send out monday-friday).

All postage charges are displayed within listing. I am happy to combine (where possible) on postage for more than one item purchased and offer discounts on multiple purchases. Please ebay message me for more details prior to completing your purchase in order for the invoice to be amended.

 

Refund:

The buyer has to contact me within 7 days of purchasing the item and return the item within 14 days in original condition. When returning an item please place a note inside the parcel with your eBay ID and reason for return. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of postage for the returned item. Please obtain a tracking number for returns, as I can’t refund for an item not received. Refunds will be issued minus P&P charges as soon as returned item is received.
