Exact item shown, audio coupling transformer from a late 50s Motorola Dispatcher Radio Telephone system. This came out of the auio section and it couples one stage to another, I think - I never could find a schematic. I measured the voltage ratio at 50 Hz as shown on the last two photos - I also have an impedance meter, at 1 KHz the yellow to green winding measurs 35Ω, blue to brown meausures 140Ω. Both windings are center tapped. I didn't take photos of the impedance measurement, I used a B&K 879B LCR meter on the "Z" range. this would be the output tranformer to the speaker I think. one of these transformers, the oldest one, has cloth covered wires, the rest are plastic covered as you can see
