• We only accept returns if the item is not functioning properly, unless the listing specifies otherwise.
• The working warranty period for all items is 14 days, unless clearly mentioned differently in the advertisement (in case of some auctions). We reject return requests with an expired warranty period.
• To start a return request, we refer to eBays Returns & Refunds section (see customer service).
• All returns are shipped by UPS. Once the return request is approved we will cover shipping fees and send the UPS airway label to you. Please make sure to schedule a pickup appointment with UPS in your country, so we will receive the package within 7 days after approval. If not, we have the right to refuse the return.
• We do record serial numbers for verification purposes of all returns. We report falsified returns.

• Once eBay has transferred the payment to our account, we will start packing your order and ship as soon as possible.
• We ship daily from Monday to Friday at 3PM CEST (National holidays excluded). On Saturday and Sunday we're closed, orders placed after Friday 1PM CEST will be shipped after the weekend.
• We try to ship orders placed before 1PM CEST the same day. If due to circumstances it is not possible to ship on the same day, we will try to ship the next working day.
• The configured servers we sell on eBay are custom built after being purchased. Because of this, it may take a few days longer to ship than regular items.
• All packages are shipped with UPS. Shipments within the EU are sent with UPS Standard service.
• Please let us know if you have multiple orders and want to combine the shipping. Combining shipments after items have been paid for and/or have been shipped is not possible.
• We only ship to the address that you select during your eBay checkout, so please make sure to select the correct address.
• We do not export to Russia, Belarus, India, South America and Indonesia.
• If you want an item shipped to an address that is not on your eBay account, please mention this in the eBay purchase. It's not possible to change the address after the item has already been shipped and in this case it's not possible for us to take the item back.
• The UPS tracking-number will be sent to the email address that is linked to you eBay account.
• Please understand carrier delays do happen. We will stand by our responsibility to ship your package in a timely manner but in the rare instance that your package is delayed or lost, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience.
• Buyers outside the EU are responsible for additional customs duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination. Please determine these fees prior to purchase as you may be charged by your local authority.
