Vintage New Bright Caterpillar 225 RC Excavator with remote/battery/charger.  Battery does charge and unit does work...it does start out a little slow, but gets better with use and you need to be fairly close to unit for the reception of the remote control.  There is a chrome mirror plate missing on the right lighting fixture and a small piece is broken off the boom hydraulic cylinder (see pics).  The sound works by either pressing button on side of excavator or on remote.  Unfortunately, the remote control battery cover has been lost at some point and I have made a "make shift" cover to keep the 9V in place.  I will continue to look for it, but so far haven't had any luck in locating it.  I purchased this for my son before he was born and it has only been used indoors...never outside.
