Franklin Mint 1964 Pontiac GTO Convertible in Black.  Code #B11DO22 issued by Franklin Mint in April 2004.  Very good condition!!!  I am not sure if the rear antenna is broken.  Original two boxes and Collector's Guide/Certificate of Authenticity Included!!!   The paint is still shiny!!!  Limited Edition #1160/3000.
