Very good condition GRUEBY Boston, 6" square x 1" thick, ceramic wall tile. It is a four color, makers marked tile that was recovered from a New England home. The colors are a tan background, light brown for the vine, green for the leaves and a medium blue for the grapes. The face surface is in very good condition. The sides and back have residual mortar. Partial serial number is visible on one side. Guaranteed to be Grueby. Minor wear from age and use. 
It can be cleaned of mortar or used as is in an appropriate frame.
