Scarce 1872 Stock Certificate The Davis Sewing Machine Company of Watertown, NY

Two vertical and 3 horizontal fold creases. Staining at left edge near the Internal Revenue stamp. Minor surface creasing throughout. Features an eagle & justice vignette. Dated 1872, but certificate was also in use in the 1860's as the "6" was struck out by hand and replaced with "7". In good condition. Measures 6 1/2" x 9 7/8"

 This will be placed in a NEW poly bag and chipboard backer and will ship securely in a rigid mailer via USPS First Class mail service with a tracking number.
