Hi, you are at the point of buying something from me. Through the years I already have seen a lot of things that mostly costed me money. So thats why I made this policy. All products are selected as I wanted to put them in my own car. Yes my products are sometimes more expensive because I have seen the same product already 20 times but does niet meet my standards. They are sold the next day to somebody else who pays less for a more less attractive or tested or good looking product. Volvo items are expensive, we all know the Facebook sellers with no clue of prices. I dont buy at private individuals cause I have nothing to fall back on. Products need to be cleaned, categorized, priced, photographed, stored, packed, brought away, sended. All products I sell are marked. I try to find as much as possible rare and common products that meet my standards.

All items that are listed are as is. You dont get another product. You get the product what you see. If there is something with the product before sending, I informyou, and if I have a replacement ill send you pictures before. If you agree to the replacement item this item will be shipped to you. After the accepting the replacement item you have no right to return the item. You have seen on at least 20 pictures what will be sended. If you want to cancel you have to do this before sending as Ebay states. 

Sold items are ALWAYS tested before packing. They were tested at demontage. The product is always working correctly before shipping. If a product arrive at youre place not correctly functioning or damaged this is a shipping issue. Radios are tested on working cd changer, lightning, channels output. Speakers are tested on output. Other electronic parts depends on what it is.

I dont take items back, I give all info you need about the item. You can see yourself online or via youre dealer to find out if it fits youre car or how to install.I only assist by damaged packaging or damaged items. If you buy from me you know this upfront, so you know this before purchasing and by purchasing you accept that no further claims can be made at any time after the purchase.

I sell as a private individual so you have the rights in the EU from a private seller. I dont give guarantee on used items. This is only the case with refurbished items. The guarantee starts counting  from the moment of sales. The duration of this is in the add. Guarantee means replacement on my costs, when the item is sended in the exact way as you got the item.  

Refurbished items that dont work properly or break down in the guarantee period can be sended retour before you sended me a pm. Replacement is done when the item is on stock, if not you will be informed how long its gonna take before you get the new item. We dont reimburse. You only get a similar item retour.

Sometimes more parts are part of a set. If a part is sold I take this out of the set. If i make a mistake in the add it self, like I change the price and photos, but I forget to change the add description, the old add counts. You cannot come back on items that were in the set, while the set is sold for a lower price and not viewable as per detailed photo. If a part is not on detailed photos, its not in the set.

Sold items will be shipped in the same day till 2 days after sales. Most products I sell fit the normal standard sizes that DHL, UPS, Fedex, Postnl, DPD, etc etc have as max sizes. If a product exceeds these sizes Ill look fort he best options. You recognize these products on the shipping price of E200,00.

I kindly ask you to send me a pm with your shipping address (street, house number, postal code,so I can find the best option out of all shipping companies. I will change the shipping options for your address.

Electronical parts like speakers are always sended by DPD to a service point I always choose the nearest point near you. In this the packaging has the less handelings. You receive the track and trace in your account.

If a packaging is damaged or the item is not working as seen in the add, you KEEP the package, make a picture of the item and the package in full, and make a picture of the added stickers on the packaging and send it to me via pm, if notI cannot help you further. All items are sended insured to the max of the value of the item and sending costs.

All items are sended insured. If a item is correct working, packed, shipped and arrives at your place and does not anymore, who is accountable?. The sender. While the damage is done during shipping. Thats why i always send insured.

I can send all items worldwide, but? the difference in sending prices is huge. If the item is bigger in length than 1 meter i put all sending costs at E200,00. When you give your shipping details in full, the correct sending price will be adjusted. If shipped outside Europe please be aware that you also have customs!. (UK, etc)These are always to pay afterwords by the buyer.
