This is the first rare attempt to trace the resonance and transmission of the "provocative relationship" between two photographers who have left significant and unique footprints in the history of contemporary photography, and who have cross-boundary influences on world art, starting from Hayama and Zushi (Kanagawa), where they spent their youth together, and continuing through their starting point and the present. Takuma Nakahira, who had just turned 27, and I were spending our days at the sea in Zushi and Hayama in the distant summer, and for me, the past is always new and the future is always nostalgic. In other words, photographer Takuma Nakahira and photographer Daido Moriyama may be continuing their never-ending "provocative relationship" to this day.
