Vintage Glass Floral Hand Painted Lamp - 13" Tall w/ Shade. Lamp neck says Underwriters Laboratory Portable Lamp Issue # 8869. E-24158.

Minor paint loss, as shown in pics. The most noticeable part is to the right of the large flower. Glass part of lamp measures 7" tall. The shade is OK, but has some dark marks around the top. Maybe mildew.
