All waist measurements are 30-32" with drawstrings as shown in photos and can be adjusted smaller-larger. There is 1 top included. It goes with the camo Flirtitude bottoms. It's size large.

No rips/holes and the only stain is a light bluish mark on the butt of the Joe Boxer shorts. PLEASE see close-up in last image.
