Hard to find Mopar steering wheel for many Plymouth cars that presents nicely for an unrestored original. It is showing some pitting and scratching in the metal finish and minor damage in the wood rim. It is untested so to be safe assume it will need some work for the horn to function properly prior to installation. I would consider this on the lower end of driver caliber or a good foundation to restore from. Per eBay policy this item has not been tested so it is listed as for parts not only working. Expect it to need work prior to usage or installation, do not expect to plug it in and work perfectly. See pictures for condition and wear as we rely heavily on photos.
