Up for sale is an original unmolested U.S. Military Navy 30 cal ammunition storage can. The can stamping indicates MK1MOD.O and #439184. The can retains its original markings and paint and has not been repainted. Inside the can is the original well preserved can liner, manufactured by Hummel & Downing Co. Milwaukee Wisconsin.
The lid seal is in very nice condition considering its age and still maintains an air tight seal. All six lid straps function well and appear undamaged. The can and lid appears to have no damage or dents, only some surface rust and scratches from military use (see pics).
This would make a very nice military collectors' piece!
