My own range of unique cutters specifically designed for use with polymer clay.

THESE ARE SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR CLAY SLAB DESIGNS & WORK BEST WITH A CLAY THICKNESS OF 1.4mm. (setting 4 on most domestic pasta machines)

The embossing features are slightly deeper than usual cutters to accommodate for thinner clay. If you use thicker clay the details will be much deeper making them potentially unsuitable for stud earrings.

* Super sharp 0.4mm cutting blade with extra supports for prolonged use

* For use with clay approximately 1.4mm thick (Setting 4 on most pasta domestic machines)

* Clean with baby wipes, isopropyl alcohol or tepid soapy water (not hot as it will deform the cutter)

* Made from PLA+ - a biodegradable plant based material

 *Please note that 3D printed items can occasionally have imperfections and tiny wisps where the nozzle moves       around the print and where the "seams" are. This is normal and to be expected of 3D printed cutters.

Items are usually sent via Royal Mail either 1st class or RM48 tracked (for items over £15-20 in value). All are sent in white padded envelopes or large letter boxes so most will fit through your letter box. If you require a faster service please view and select the other options available at checkout.

Please note that the tracking number provided at dispatch is automatically generated by Ebay when I purchase a shipping label and will therefore not work unless I have used a tracked service. This is because the cost of signed for services with tracking vastly outweighs the value of the item in most cases.

I have no control over the parcel once it has been dispatched so please be patient for you items to arrive. I usually dispatch everything withing 1 working day baring anything unforeseen.  

Your item is likely to arrive loose in its packaging envelope/box to avoid unnecessary plastic waste.

We trust that you will be entirely satisfied with this product, but if it is not as you expected then you are welcome to return it at your own cost. You will receive a refund for the goods only and not the initial shipping cost providing the item is returned in an unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

If the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival we will require photographic evidence to support your case for a full refund.

Unfortunately, missing parcels do occasionally occur. Please check with your neighbours and other members of your household before opening an "item not received" case.

Royal Mail states that an item is deemed "lost" if it has not arrived within 10 working days from the postage date - this can be 1-2 days after your item is marked as "dispatched". If 10 working days has elapsed since the date of postage I will refund/replace where possible.

I will not refund or replace items if the buyer has not made a claim within 30 days of the sale date as I feel this is a reasonable amount of time to come forward with an "item not received" case.

Unfortunately many of the items I sell do require clear plastic packaging (such as glitter, beads etc), although I do my best to keep this to a minimum where possible. Therefore you are likely to receive your items "loose" in its shipping bag/box with no additional unnecessary plastic packaging. I also kindly ask that you try to recycle your packaging where possible.
