This is Tommy Pickles from Rugrats from 1998. He's about 8" tall and has some beans in his bottom He is plush and has a shirt with diaper on. Good used vintage condition. Small spots on his undies that I did not attempt to clean- see photos. Otherwise, very good! a cute vintage find!
