Cleaning out the old Racing Gear that has been in storage since the "Glory Days" :)! Both Pictured handle bars are standard 7/8"OD, light weight Chromoly Steel.
Black Set is complete with inside hook off a 4" rise from bar clamp plane. Throttle block side has an approximate 30deg back angle and an overall end to end width of 28-29 Inches.
Blue Bars made use of a Bolt-On inside hook, which has long since disappeared (Sorry). There is a small section of the chromoly tubing taped to the center of the bars which helps fill the gap for the bolt-on inside hook, due to the larger ID of the tubing over stock steel bars. (Second Photo also shows the 1-2" forward offset to the LH side of these bars.) Right hand, throttle block side of this set has a more pronounced 45deg back angle, allowing for a shorter bar length on this side.
Also Included is a Blue, Klymax Products Hooked Break handle that fits the Polaris Hydraulic Break Reservoirs of the mid to late '90's models that will be included with the shipment. Perfect for those occasions where break taps are needed while hanging it out in the corners! (No need to reposition your hands.)
Finally, I have a complete Throttle Block with Lever, Pin, inside cover, Kill-Switch and throttle stuck override kill switch assembly, from the same mid to late '90s Polaris vintage that will also ship with these bars. Hoping these parts will be a big help to someone setting up their Oval Sleds for this season and they bring the new owner as much success as they helped us achieve!
