You are buying a large hand carved wooden fish/sunfish statue/sculpture. This piece measures approximately 13 1/2 inches from the tip of his tail to the tip of his mouth. Also measures approximately 10 inches from the bottom to the top of his fin. Weight is approximately 2lbs. 12 oz. Yes this is a substantial piece of wood.  He has some light scratches which in my opinion doesn't take away from his beauty and he still displays very well. See the included photos.
