Intel Core i9-10900F Desktop Processor 10 Cores up to 5.2 GHz

Defect? The CPU gives me a blue screen error with the stopcode when I'm trying to install window 11 pro on MSI Z490 WIFI GAMING, with freeze following with a crash. it goes to bios menu without any problem. The crashes appear randomly, in desktop usage. Sometimes it gives me a blue screen with the stopcode and some other time installing Windows doesn't have time to react and it gives me a with freeze following with a crash,  I removed one ram stick and I replaced new BIOS Versionproceed with the other if it still crashes.
