Ascor M-106 Strobe bulb

Up for bids is this model M-106 bulb from American Speedlight Corporation. There are no specs or details on or in the box, so I have no idea about what model flash(s) this would have been for.  

Tube is in original box. Not sure if it was used much, if at all. Box has light shelf wear
