SHIPPING
Most orders received by 3 pm EST are shipped the same day. In the event of a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified or your order will ship the next day. All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx and will have a tracking number provided once your order has left our warehouse. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
PAYMENT

RETURNS
Items shipped from BUYCRAZY can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. You will be liable for all return costs unless the item is deemed defective. Make sure the item is returned in the same condition as when received unless otherwise noted to avoid any restocking fees. Once we've received the item back in our possession a refund will be initiated, usually within 2 business days. You will receive a follow-up e-mail letting you know the process is complete and your original payment method has been refunded. If there's any problem along the way we're here to help - just send us a message through your order history screen by selecting contact seller. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
