For international buyers our estimated shipping cost is to EBAY's National Shipping Center on the American east coast. EBAY will provide you with the additional cost to ship to your location. 

 
We sell "used" items in most cases, sometimes new. There are, however, some items manufactured in previous years that were never used. If such an item is in excellent condition and still has an original price tag, original packaging and in some cases the original box we will show it as a new item but describe it as "new old stock".   

We obtain our items through estate sales, storage sales, individuals, auctions and various other means. We sometimes do not know the history of the items we obtain as to how they were stored, who previously owned it, etc. Items are generally unique, but we do buy multiples in some cases. We do research on every item but are not experts on every item obtained. We do our best to describe each item accurately. USED CHINA AND DINNERWARE HAS NOT BEEN THOROUGHLY WASHED. PLEASE WASH BEFORE USING. 

NOTE: I describe and post photos of my items as best as possible and do not try to represent myself as an expert on anything that I sell.  I am an honest seller and if I see a flaw, I will point it out and try to post a photo for your review and consideration. Used items are not perfect, not mint or near mint and can have scratches, marks, crazing, glaze flaws, trim wear, stains and general wear. Some items we sell have general wear consistent with age and other items do not show their age nearly as much.  

Please review our pictures as they are an important part of our condition description. If you receive an item that is damaged in some way let us know right away as shippers can be very rough on items shipped. Depending on the type of item we try to "double box" sensitive items to prevent damage. In many cases carefully wrapping the item in bubble wrap or other wrapping is enough protection.  IF SHIPPING DAMAGE OCCURS WHEN MULITIPLE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED TOGETHER, INCLUDING SETS, INSURANCE ONLY PAYS FOR THE DAMAGED ITEM ONLY... NOT THE ENTIRE SET. YOU WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED FOR THE DAMAGED PIECE ONLY. THE AMOUNT OF REFUND WILL BE DETERMINED BY DIVIDING THE NUMBER OF PIECES SHIPPED BY THE SELLING PRICE. REFUND WILL NOT BE BASED ON THE SIZE OF THE DAMAGED ITEM.   I ship in recycled packaging when possible, to reduce waste. If there is a problem, please contact me before leaving feedback.
