THIS PIECE WAS ACQUIRED FROM A POSH ITALIAN CLOSET OUTSIDE MILAN AND IS FASHIONED OF A SHEER PLISSE NAVY BLUE SILK CHIFFON.
HAND SEWN THROUGHOUT AND IS DEFINITELY A PIECE OF HIGH END COUTURE BUT NO LABEL FOUND. SWAGS OF EMBROIDERY RUN ACROSS THE TOP WITH HAND PLEATED RUFFLES ATOP THE SHOULDERS AND AROUND THE NECKLINE.
SINGLE BOW CLOSURE.
CONDITION: ONE PLEAT OF THE COLLAR HAS COME FREE AND NEEDS A STITCH BACK.
