On "USIR" watermarked paper stock. Showing minor signs of wear consistent with its age - mostly small paper losses along some (or all) edges. Minor surface creases throughout. No tears or other loss. All text are legible. Overall, in good condition. Will display well in your collection. It measures approx. 8 5/8" x 10 1/2"
