StreetRays heavy duty weld-on Sleeve Hitch Adapter Plate is laser cut from 3/8" thick steel and it is designed to allow you to weld it onto any equipment or attachment so you can use your sleeve hitch to pull / lift it. You can also make your own hitch or repair your old hitch with this heavy duty sleeve hitch adapter plate. Our Sleeve Hitch adapter plate features 3 holes, they are a little over 5/8" in diameter, compatible with the original sleeve hitch.
