This auction is for a one piece lot of Color Flyte melmac handle stainless steel utensils, made in Germany for Branchell, out of St. Louis, Missouri. These were designed by Kaye LaMoyne. The piece is a serving ladle. The melmac handle is in the classic mottled white color known as Gardenia. The piece has Branchell Stainless Germany on the underside of its neck. It has been removed by me from its original bag due to the poor condition of the bag.

"Professor Melmac" is here to keep you informed! (LOL) I don`t want you to be surprised by ANY defects not noted in the description, so the description may be a bit "wordy", but it is informative... Read on, read on!

This is an unused utensil in excellent overall condition. It shows no signs of use. There are no chips, no cracks, and no burn marks unless specifically mentioned in this description. All in all, a very nice piece to start a collection, or to add to an existing one. Don`t miss out!  Don`t forget to check my other listings for more melmac items. If you are interested in more than one, then you can take advantage of my combined shipping discount(the details of which are listed below). Good luck!

POSTAL RATES HAVE GONE CRAZY(AGAIN!): That`s right! Plum crazy... They just raised them again near the start of 2016. I operate on a an absolutely thin margin, as it is. In order to cope with this situation I am forced to go with higher INITIAL shipping quotes. If you live EAST of the Mississippi River, then you will likely be getting a PARTIAL SHIPPING REFUND. If you live WEST of it, then a refund is less likely. You will still have any overcharge of more than a buck REFUNDED to you. Guaranteed Fair Shipping Charges will continue to be my standard.

NO RETURNS: All of the Melmac items I sell have been bought used by me. I have know knowledge of where they have been prior to being in my home. They have been cleaned by me and have been in a smoke free environment since then. Be sure before you bid. Items are sold "AS IS" and all sales are final. No returns allowed unless I have grossly mis-represented the items(which I have not). Anyone who collects melmac off of EBAY knows that the shipping is a good percentage of your total expense, and shipping them back and forth just isn`t practical. Close to half of my feedback rating is from my former hobby of collecting and selling comic books, but I apply those same standards to my melmac listings. Bid with confidence.

ABSOLUTELY NO LOCAL PICK-UP. Please do not ask if item can be picked up locally. It can not.

SHIPPING and HANDLING: I will ONLY ship to the lower 48 states (Not Alaska and Not Hawaii). Item will be sent USPS Parcel Post, which can take 8 to 10 days, for $5.00.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING SHIPPING CHARGES: I am not trying to make money off of shipping! I don`t care for Ebay`s calculator, so I estimate the amount of shipping it will take to get the item to you. I`m fairly good at it, BUT if I am off by more than ONE DOLLAR and you are charged more than what it actually ends up costing, then I will refund the difference. I will NOT refund any amounts of less than one dollar. Sometimes I have to pay some of the shipping, and I can live with that. With the cost of gas to the Post Office, tape, magic markers, paper, and what-not, I end up losing money anyway.

HANDLING TIME: Your items will ship within two business days after I receive your payment, provided the Post Office is open. If you pay late in the week, like on Friday or Saturday, then the items will ship on Monday.

COMBINED SHIPPING: If you win more than one of my auctions, the combined shipping will be the total of the highest shipping amount quoted plus 50% of the other shipping amount quotes(EXAMPLE: If you win three auctions with shipping  of $10 and $8 and $6, then you would pay $10 plus $4 plus $3 for a total of $17.00).

PAYMENT: The only form of payment accepted is PAYPAL. If you haven`t used it before, I encourage you to do so. Its a great system, especially for the Buyer.
