Good overall condition. Minor scuffs on cover. No bad odor. The original owner saved a plant specimen in the book (see photo) which left some discoloration but is a wonderful example of past use and history. Binding is tight. No writing aside from the 1909 Christmas inscription from Mrs Tilton.
