10Pcs Metric O Ring Nitrile Rubber O-ring NBR Seal O-rings OD=12~370mm C/S=3.5mm

Model: O-ring

Material: nitrile rubber

Hardness: 70--75

Product introduction: "O" type rubber sealing ring is the main seal in my country's current rubber sealing products. It has the advantages of simple structure, low price, convenient installation, small dynamic friction coefficient and reliable sealing. It is widely used in automobiles, tractors and Various hydraulic presses, construction machinery, mining, metallurgy, machine tools and various hydraulic components. It plays a sealing role in static or reciprocating motion and rotating motion.

Working medium: air, water, mineral oil, etc.

Common materials: nitrile rubber (NBR), silicone (VMQ), fluorine rubber (FKM)

Performance:
1. Nitrile rubber: heat resistance of 120 degrees, good oil resistance, wear resistance, etc.
2. Silicone: heat-resistant 220 degrees, non-toxic and environmentally friendly, general oil resistance, etc.
3. Fluorine rubber: heat resistance of 200 degrees, good oil resistance, wear resistance, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, etc.

Nitrile rubber is a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene, which has excellent resistance to petroleum and non-polar solvents, as well as good mechanical properties. The specific performance mainly depends on the content of acrylonitrile in it. Those with acrylonitrile content higher than 50% have strong resistance to mineral oil and fuel oil, but their elasticity and permanent compression deformation at low temperature become worse, and low acrylonitrile Nitrile rubber has good low temperature resistance, but reduces oil resistance at high temperature.
advantage:
1.Good oil resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance and high pressure oil resistance
2.Good compressive properties, wear resistance and tensile properties
3.Rubber parts for making fuel tanks and lubricating oil tanks
For petroleum-based hydraulic oil, gasoline, water, silicone grease, silicone oil, diester-based lubricating oil, glycol-based
Rubber parts used in fluid media such as hydraulic oil

 shortcoming:
1.Not suitable for use in polar solvents such as ketones, ozone, nitro hydrocarbons, MEK and chloroform
2.Not resistant to ozone, weathering, and heat-resistant air aging

Applicable media:
Aliphatic hydrocarbons (butane, propane), engine oils, fuel oils, vegetable oils, mineral oils
HFA, HFB, HFC hydraulic oil
Low-concentration acid, alkali, salt, water at room temperature
